CLASSES

Covert Athletics is different from the average gym. We program your workouts for you and our certified trainers coach you every time you are here. All you have to do is show up and we will get you in the best shape of your life!

Constantly varied? Yes.

Random? Not a chance. 

Our workouts always consist of functional movements that are performed at a high intensity. Over the course of the week, we will cover all of the bases. Between lifting heavy, moving fast, or just getting better at bodyweight movements - we have you covered.

Every class will always have instruction in breaking down the movement, and ways to scale/modify so that you will always be ready for the best possible workout- all before the 3-2-1 go.
